Required headers: name, email. Optional: role, phone, website, company. Put comma-containing values inside double quotes.

Download a local JSON backup after validating your CSV. It contains contact details—keep it private. Import replaces the current working data.

Copy not available?
Download the ZIP, extract it, and open your employee’s HTML file in a browser. Select the rendered signature and copy it manually. Never paste the HTML source into Gmail.
Add it to Gmail
- Copy the rendered signature
Use the copy button, or open an exported HTML file and copy its visible contents.
- Paste in desktop Gmail
Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a new signature, then paste.
- Set defaults & test
Choose new-email and reply defaults, Save Changes, then send yourself a test email.
Instructions checked against Google’s Gmail help on 27 October 2026. Not yet tested in a real Gmail account. Rendering varies by email client; Outlook and mobile Gmail are not promised.
